The One Mind Foundation’s flagship curriculum is a comprehensive developmental journey designed to help children and families build the five core CASEL competencies: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making. Through age-appropriate, evidence-informed programming, participants develop the emotional awareness, connection, resilience, and life skills needed to thrive in school, relationships, and everyday life.
More than a series of classes, this curriculum creates a pathway for whole-family growth, equipping children and the adults who support them with practical tools that strengthen emotional wellbeing, healthy relationships, and long-term success. By investing in prevention and skill-building during key developmental stages, the One Mind Foundation is helping raise a generation of confident, connected, and emotionally healthy young people while creating stronger families and more resilient communities.
