Big feelings become more manageable when children understand how to work with them. This camp helps children recognize emotions, tune into body signals, and practice strategies that support regulation. Throughout the week, children create nature-based coping tools, from meditation stones to scented malas, connecting internal awareness with the outside world. Each day builds toward personalized strategies for use in everyday life. By the end, children leave feeling more grounded and confident in handling emotions.
