A new school year brings new opportunities, new challenges, and plenty of feelings along the way. These classes are designed to help children entering 3rd through 5th grades build confidence, coping skills, and social-emotional tools needed to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

About the Event
A new school year brings new opportunities, new challenges and plenty of feelings along the way. These classes are designed to help children entering 3rd through 5th grades build confidence, coping skills and social emotional tools needed to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
Through engaging activities, meaningful discussions and creative art projects, children will learn how to believe in themselves, regulate emotions, build healthy friendships and make thoughtful choices.
Each workshop focuses on a different social emotional skill and includes a take-home tool children can use throughout the school year.
Families may register for a single workshop or complete the entire series to build a personalized One Heart Toolkit:

🌿 Mantra Cards - Learning calming strategies for stress, nerves and other big feelings (8/9)
