One Step at a Time. Courage Grows.

Big challenges can feel overwhelming, especially when children are navigating school pressures, friendship struggles, mistakes, new experiences and the growing expectations of the upper elementary years. Brave Little Steps helps children discover that courage doesn’t have to happen all at once. Confidence grows each time they take one small step toward something that feels difficult.

In this interactive class, children will explore how to break big challenges into smaller, more manageable steps while building perseverance and learning to keep going when things don’t turn out exactly as planned. Through engaging discussion, games, movement and hands on activities, they’ll practice positive self talk, learn from mistakes, celebrate effort and discover that setbacks are an important part of becoming stronger and more confident.
