About the Event
Growing up comes with big feelings, changing friendships, new challenges and exciting opportunities. This camp encourages children entering 3rd through 5th grades to build the confidence, resilience and social emotional skills they need to navigate it all with courage and connection!
Through mindfulness, movement and creative projects, children will explore how to better understand their emotions, effectively manage stress, build healthy friendships, make thoughtful choices and recognize all the many strengths that make them unique.
Throughout the week, children will create their own One Heart Toolkit, featuring five take-home projects that reinforce the five core social emotional skills linked to lifelong wellbeing and success:
❤️ Inner Light Lantern – Building confidence & self-awareness
🌿 Calm Sachet – Learning strategies for emotional regulation
🤝 Pebble Pals – Developing empathy & understanding others
