The middle school years are filled with change as girls begin making more independent choices, navigating shifting relationships and thinking more deeply about who they are and who they want to become. With so many outside voices influencing them, having a strong sense of their own values, strengths and support system can help them feel grounded as they take on new challenges. Brave & Becoming helps girls discover that when they know what matters to them and who stands beside them, they can move forward with greater confidence and courage.

In this interactive class, girls will explore the values, personal strengths and relationships that form their foundation while beginning to identify the dreams and goals that inspire them.
