About the Event
As spring energy builds and new experiences approach, this empowering workshop helps children strengthen confidence from within. Designed to prepare students for summer camps and new social environments, this class focuses on identifying personal strengths, trusting instincts, and developing a strong, supportive inner voice.
Together, we explore self-doubt, comparison, and the power of self-belief. Through creative activities and movement-based SEL, children learn how to shift unhelpful thoughts, recognize their capabilities, and walk into new situations with steadiness and confidence.
